• Expired vouchers will not be accepted and strictly no extensions are allowed.

Science Centre 

• Valid for 90 days from date of purchase
• Adult (13 years and above), Child (3 to 12 years old)
• Last admission to our attractions is 45 minutes before session end time. Please arrive early if you plan to visit multiple attractions. 
• Redeemed tickets are valid for single-day use at Science Centre Singapore during its normal operating hours; not valid for special events or separately ticketed events.
• This voucher and/or the redeemed ticket(s) is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
• Admission is subject to Science Centre Singapore (and its attractions) is subject to the full Terms & Conditions listed online & displayed at its ticketing counters.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to reject vouchers/redeemed tickets that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

Snow City (1 Hour Play) 

• Children below 7 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
• Winter jacket and boots are provided with purchase of admission ticket to Snow Chamber. 
• Wearing of long pants is compulsory to keep you safe and warm in the subzero temperature of the Snow Chamber. 
• For hygiene purposes, wearing of socks is required when using house boots. 
• Personal cameras are prohibited in the Snow Chamber. 
• Please approach the photographers for assistance. *Food and drinks are prohibited in the Snow Chamber. 
• Skiing and Snowboarding are not allowed in the snow chamber. 
• Snow City Singapore may take photographs or recordings of any visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation. 
• Getting Here: Direct public buses* 66, 178, 198, 335 (alight at Snow City stop) MRT Train* Alight at Jurong East Station on the East West Line and walk or transfer to Bus No. 335 or 66. *10 mins walk from Jurong East Bus Interchange / MRT Station
