Terms & conditions

1. This voucher is only valid on the fixed-date(and time)
2. The voucher cannot be used to board the bus, please exchange it for a bus ticket first
3. The Citybus customer service representative will guide you through the rest of the redemption process and after redemption, you will receive a physical ticket.
4. "Citybus Sightseeing" service station opening hours: Monday to Sunday and public holidays - 10:30 am to 10:00 pm
5. H2K route: 19:00 - 20:00, every 60 departure time/ 20:00 - 22:00, every 30 departure time
6. Passengers with full-day or night tickets can collect a one-time priority boarding pass at the Central Pier 6 service station (only valid once at designated departure time in Central, not applicable at other stops). Please inform the station staff before queuing so that they can arrange it. The number of passes is limited each day and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Priority boarding tickets cannot be used as tickets. You must present a valid full-day ticket or night tour ticket when boarding.
8. Priority boarding tickets are only valid on fixed-date and departure time
9. The order of boarding is based on the order of arrival at the designated queue location before the departure of the departure time.
10. Tickets are for use by the ticket holder only and cannot be transferred or resold
11. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash
12. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued
13. Each adult passenger can travel free of charge with up to two children under the age of four who do not occupy a seat
14. If the open-top bus tour is unable to operate due to mechanical failure or bad weather, Citybus reserves the right to arrange other air-conditioned bus to continue the journey. Citybus also has the right to change the Timeslot, departure time, route, and bus stop location at any time due to traffic, weather or other factors without prior notice. Citybus will not be responsible for any compensation or liability for any losses incurred by passengers due to the above reasons or other reasons.
