How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
- Minimum 2 guests per package; all guests in the same group must order the same package.
-On the day of dining, please present your email confirmation to enter the restaurant.
- To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling 400.
If you cannot check in smoothly, please contact us promptly
Friendly reminder
1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel or arrive late for your reservation due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to the restaurant. This amount is non-refundable, and our store cannot be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making restaurant reservations.
2. If there are any itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on the restaurant's policies and announcements).
3. If the number of travelers does not match the reservation count, the restaurant may cancel your booking. Please be aware.
Your booking will be considered consumed once confirmed. The service fee is non-refundable if you cancel due to personal reasons. Please note.
Please carefully read the above instructions. Any customer who orders food items from our store is automatically deemed to have complied with the above instructions.
After your booking is purchased, we will try to confirm it for you within 12 working hours. (Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM)After successful booking confirmation, we will send the confirmation information to the email address you provided. Your dining time will be subject to the email content. Please check your email.
If the booking is unsuccessful, we will process a refund for you.
