All passengers are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license) at check-in.

Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full ticket price.

For safety reasons, there is a weight limit of 275 lbs (125 kg) per seat. Passengers exceeding this limit may still fly but must purchase an additional seat.

Tours rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time are subject to a $50 per person rescheduling fee.

Final seating arrangements are determined based on the weights of all passengers to ensure proper weight and balance for flight safety.

Maximum of 6 passengers per aircraft. Groups larger than 6 will be divided among multiple aircraft.
