How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
1. For scheduled pickups, free waiting time is 30 minutes. For flight pickups, free waiting time is 1 hour based on actual arrival time (30 minutes free waiting after arrival at the pickup point). If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes due to passenger reasons, a waiting fee of $200/hour will apply.
Moving service, additional $300 per trip for transporting goods, exhibits, or samples. Please inform customer support in advance for assessment.
3. For point-to-point transfers, adding a pick-up location will incur an additional fee. If you need to add one, please inform us in advance.
4. Bookings cannot be changed or canceled within 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If you need to make changes, we will do our best to assist you. Any losses incurred due to changes will be borne by the buyer. If changes cannot be made, please proceed with your original plan, and cancellation fees will still apply.
5. If any passenger is pregnant, please inform us in advance. Hong Kong prohibits pregnant women from mainland China from entering.
6. Normal vehicle usage hours are between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. An additional overtime fee of 100–200 will be charged for usage earlier or later than this period (based on the agreed pick-up time).
7. This product provides one-way airport transfer service, not a chartered or service-type drop-off service. Please allow sufficient time for check-in and possible traffic delays. This product only ensures safe transportation and is not responsible for any flight delays caused by traffic congestion or other force majeure events. Please consider carefully before booking if this is a concern.
Please use the vehicle responsibly! No eating or drinking in the car to avoid soiling (cleaning fee: $200).
1. How to contact after payment:When placing your order, please provide your number + detailed information (pick-up/drop-off time, pick-up/drop-off address) + number of passengers to customer support. If you have large luggage, please consult and inform customer support! Our dispatch customer support will contact you on the same day or the next morning to add you. Pick-up/drop-off and vehicle assignment details will primarily be confirmed on WeChat. Please check if you have been added!
2. When will I receive the private charter driver's phone number and license plate number after booking?
1. If you book a car for before 09:00 AM, the dispatcher will notify you around 08:30 PM the night before.
2. If your booking is for a pick-up after 09:00 AM, the dispatch is usually notified about one hour before the departure time.
3, If it is an airport pick-up, the dispatcher will check your flight and inform you before its actual arrival! (The airport has free Wi-Fi)
