5. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable before departure. If you cannot find the pier staff, please call the emergency contact number provided in the SMS immediately. Once this product is booked, no cancellations or changes will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

6. This product is automatically confirmed by the system. If it is fully booked on the day, we will issue a full refund, but no additional compensation will be provided. You may place a new order and select another departure time. Thank you for your understanding.

7. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 3 or above, the cruise will be canceled.

2. [Central Pier No.9] Navigation tip: Search "Central Pier No.9" on Baidu, Gaode or other maps (more accurate)
(Pier 9 in Central is located along the waterfront opposite the International Finance Centre on Hong Kong Island. It has a total of six boarding locations. Facing the sea, you'll see many white pillars, with the one near the waterfront marked with the number "5" indicating the boarding location.)
