Terms & conditions

1. Please arrive at the boarding terminal at least 15 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure time. Due to traffic control near Victoria Harbour on December 31st, passengers with flights between 22:00–23:35 are advised to arrive near the boarding terminal 2 hours earlier.

2. If you encounter any questions or difficulties during use, please promptly call the emergency contact number provided in the SMS.

3. Passengers are not allowed to bring any animals into the pier area or on board the ship.

In the event of a No. 3 typhoon signal or above, or a black rainstorm warning, cruise services will be canceled.

Please ensure your mobile number is accessible before departure. If you cannot find the pier staff, please promptly call the emergency contact number provided in the text message. Please note that this product does not accept any refunds or changes once booked!

6. This product is automatically confirmed by the system. In case of full capacity on the same day, we will issue a full refund but no additional compensation will be provided. You may place a new order to select other departure time slots. Thank you for your understanding!

7. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, the cruise will be canceled.
