Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
The LEGOLAND®Discovery Centre e-ticket and 18 digits voucher number would be sent to you immediately.
Usage of LEGOLAND®Discovery Centre e-ticket:
After the booking is completed, no change is allowed. Please present your QR Code e-ticket to gain admission. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes in advance. Entry will not be allowed for latecomers.
ADMISSION INFO:
1. Please visit on time according to the selected date and time. Present the e-ticket to gain admission.
2. Adults 18 or older cannot enter the venue alone without children and infants aged 11 or below.
3. Children aged 12-17 can enter the venue alone or with adults aged 18 or above.
4. Children and infants aged 11 or below must enter the venue with adults aged 18 or above. They cannot enter the venue alone and must be at any time in the venue Accompanied by an adult.
5. You would be requested to present valid personal identification documents when entering the venue, such as a Hong Kong ID card or birth certificate for an age check.
6. All visitors are required to read and follow the admission rules, please refer to "Attentions" for more details.
7. please enter the venue on time according to the selected date and time. There is no way to change, cancel or refund.
8. The ticket is for a single entry only, and you will not be allowed to enter again after leaving the venue.
9. No guide services are provided.
10. We do not allow outside food or beverage unless caring for babies or food allergies in children. You may enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as Starbucks beverages and ice-cold sodas in our Coffee Shop.
11. Legoland Discovery Center is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users.
12. Legoland Discovery Center is stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.
13. No need to pay the admission fee to enter the LEGO Gift Shop.
14. The suggested playing time in Legoland Discovery Center is 2 - 3 hours.
15. In DUPLO® FARM, socks must be worn by all, no shoes allowed!
16. Tickets are non-transferable.
