Admission
- Ticket is applicable for Malaysian citizens only (Identification required).
- This ticket only applicable for the Non Malaysian. Identification is required.
- Valid for single redemption and entry (all tickets must be redeemed at one time; no partial redemption allowed).
- Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
- Once a ticket has been scanned, guests must proceed to the ticket counter to obtain a slip/form to reschedule within 7 days (no monetary refund in the event of rain).
Eligibility
- Free Admission: Children aged 3 years old and below.
- Child Ticket: Ages 4–11 years old.
- Adult Ticket: Ages 12 years old and above.
Attraction Access
- In cases of inclement weather, the Sky Deck and Sky Box (open-air areas) will be closed for safety.
- Guests who have redeemed their voucher and are affected by bad weather may inform staff and revisit the following day free of charge.
- No personal bags (including laptop bags) or backpacks are allowed at the Sky Deck area.
- Permitted items must not exceed 16" x 16" x 8".
- Unauthorized drone flying is strictly prohibited within KL Tower premises.
- For group visits exceeding 100 persons on the same day, prior written notice of at least 2 working days must be given to LSHSM. Management reserves the right to refuse entry without prior notice.
