How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Children and Senior who do not meet the discount conditions or fail to present proof of identity will be charged the Adult Ticket and the difference will be charged.

Any absentee will be deemed to have forfeited admission ticket and no refund will be made.

The ticket holder bears all responsibilities for protecting the admission ticket and should prevent the admission ticket from being damaged, counterfeited, misused, misprinted or misdisplayed, especially within the QR code area that must be displayed at Gate 428 of the Peak cable car and Sky Terrace.

The Peak cable car does not allow pets, except for qualified guide dogs. If you want to take your pet to other places on the Peak, you can choose to take a taxi. The Peak Tower does allow pets.

You may need to queue up to enter during peak hours. It is recommended to avoid peak hours (16:00 - 19:00) and weekends.
